This tucked away little spot is Amazing!!! We were traveling back home from an AR trip & wanted 1 more night of fishing & a place to relax by the water. The owners were so sweet. Once we arrived we felt at home. This property is so peaceful. Lots of piers, beautiful water & amazing views. We met the most kindest lady Cookoo that takes care of the place. Her hospitality by far made us feel like family. She cooked dinner & we talked as if we knew her forever. There is cabins to fit any size. We stayed in the honeymoon. It was so clean & smelt amazing. There was music playing to welcome us. We are already planning a return trip with our whole family. Id give 10 stars if i could.
We just got home from another awesome trip to the lodge. My family and I have been staying there for the last 4 years and more for Labor Day weekend. We go to celebrate my birthday and have a blast making more memories to cherish. We always book for the following year before we leave. Mr. Paul and Mrs. Angel are the nicest people and always helping everyone that’s around there.
We are already looking forward to next year. Plus our kids want to get back without us. Lol. They are older but still love that they are excited about a lodge on the lake.

My husband and i spent 2 nights here. My gosh such a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The owners were out of town, but a really nice outgoing lady name Cookoo lol her nickname made us feel very welcome. Rooms were clean and we arrived late that evening and she had a/c on already for us, which was awesome after a long hot drive.
The view from our room was so pretty and with the sounds of nature surrounding us. I truly recommend the Lakeview Lodge in Ferriday . We will be back to enjoy somemore fishing and peace!!! Such friendly people!
